Biography

Lucy is responsible for delivering research capacity-building activity across the South West peninsula, and works with the research inclusion team to deliver operational excellence in this area. She works with the Academic Capacity Development Leads from ARC, BRC and other NIHR-funded infrastructures in the South West to support the recruitment, retention and development of academic and clinical staff from healthcare backgrounds. She also works with the Research Inclusion Leads in the ARC, delivering data-driven and robust research inclusion practice for the research community.

Lucy has been working in research support for the last twelve years, specialising in supporting cross-disciplinary and engaged research.
