Biography

A psychologist and qualitative researcher working on projects researching and evaluating the implementation and improvement of new/existing innovations and use of research findings for public benefit. Main areas of work are health and social care workforce, older adults/aging and care homes research. Contribute to education and capacity building for academic and practice-based researchers, implementers, improvers and knowledge mobilisers. Current work involves:

  • Developing new or support emerging research and implementation projects.
  • Working collaboratively with partners in health and social care organisations and public representatives to research and support the implementation and improvement of evidence-informed changes to practice and services.

Capacity-building to increase the awareness, understanding and use of qualitative research, implementation science and knowledge mobilisation for health and social care practice and services.
